Reliance Communications committed fraud

Dear Friends I would like to share with you some very intersting piece of communication between GUIDE and Reliance ADA group regarding a Fraud at Bathinda(Punjab) branch of Relianceada....

So here it is FROM THE BEGANING.........(My first interaction and then the follow up...)

Dear Sir
I am a resident of Bathinda, Punjab . I am a Financial Consultant by Profession. A recent Fraud case has come to my notice at the local Branch Office Reliance Communications Ltd. , Involving lacks of Rs. ,of Employee Salaries, who have left the co. in recent past and their pending dues with the co. were forwarded to the Local Head of sales dept. through A/C payee cheques , but instead of depositing the same in respective accounts , the concerned official, in alliance with some other colleagues/seniors at local Branch of Reliance Communications Ltd, encashed the cheques through bogus accounts . Being a responsible citizen, on coming to know of the matter I brought it to the notice of the Cluster head Mr. Vikas Srivastava. But instead of taking any action, the Senior Sales manager Mr. Rajneesh Kachra tried to bribe me and settle the issue. When I approached his senior Mr. Mukesh Monga, he assured me of taking proper action according to company rules, and requested me to not file press report/FIR. But since then more than Three weeks have passed and no action has been taken on any official’s part. The Guilty Sales Managers are still working on regular basis.
This is maligning the image of Reliance Communications ( ADA) group, in addition to spreading corruption and mal-practice at grass-root levels in India(maybe Bathinda is not just an isolated case). And the fault is totaly on behalf the local Head of co. operations. Now I need your help to let me know how I should proceed further, in case of non-cooperation of your local level Officials in bringing the guilty to justice, and compensating the hapless and unaware victims of your Managers greed. I have concrete evidence against the Fraud officials, so should I approach the Legal Authorities or should report the matter to the press along with evidence and witness and the victims. Please do reply ASAP, I would be thankful to you.

-------------furter reply from me---------
Dear Pranesh
I would like to thank you for your prompt reply. I really appreciate your professionalism.
But , after reading your mail, I am sure you are not aware of the gravity of the situation.
So Let me tell in short:
· On roll Employee of Reliance Communications committed fraud involving lakhs of Rs.
· After being caught Red-handed, and admittance before his seniors and other respected local people, he is saved by his seniors on the pretext of taking action according to Co. rules.
· Those seniors, whatever their involvement or intentions maybe, didn't even report the matter to their own head office- obviously for selfish reasons best known to them.
Now when the Issue involves Cash bungling/Fraud and the Victim is an Indian citizen, it directly affects the Indian economy, Judiciary and social setup in more than one way.
In such case every Indian citizen has the constitutional right and duty, to bring the matter to the notice of authorities concerned.
So instead of asking for personal contact, I advice Reliance Communications to conduct an internal enquiry and take necessary action against Guilty officials( I have mentioned their names in my earlier correspondence), compensate the victim's , as the matter is not my individual concern and it has become public, thanks to your Local cluster Head.
Sincerely
GUIDE n NGO

Plz ignore if an internal enquary is going on and is expected to complete within the time-frame mentioned on
------------------More than two months have passed and their internal enquaries and actions are still pending...you know why...Because they dot care about you about the general public...Because we are afraid to TAKE A STEP FORWARD
